Terms of Service

By accessing or using LaserQuote, you confirm you're at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind the business you represent to this agreement. If you don't agree to these Terms, don't use the Service.

LaserQuote helps metal fabrication shops generate quotes, invoices, and work orders for tube and flat laser cutting jobs — analyzing CAD files (STEP, DXF), pricing them against your configured materials and machine rates, and managing the resulting paperwork and customer records. Pricing output is an estimate based on the data and rates you configure; you're responsible for verifying it before quoting your own customers.

You need an account to use the Service. You're responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under it. Tell us immediately at tubelasersales@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

LaserQuote is offered on a monthly subscription, at the price shown at checkout, billed through Stripe. New accounts get a 14-day free trial; a valid payment method is required to start one, and your card is charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first.

• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
• Cancel anytime from the billing portal in-app — you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We'll give you 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect on your account.

Everything you put into LaserQuote — your material catalog, pricing, quotes, invoices, uploaded CAD files, and the records you keep about your own customers — stays yours. We don't claim ownership of it. You grant us only the license needed to store, process, and display it back to you in order to run the Service.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for having the right to store your customers' contact and business information in the Service — you're the one dealing directly with them, not us.

Don't use LaserQuote to store or process anything illegal, to attempt to access another organization's data, to reverse-engineer or resell the Service, or to disrupt its normal operation.

The LaserQuote software, name, and branding belong to us. Nothing here transfers any of that to you beyond your right to use the Service under these Terms.

LaserQuote relies on third-party providers to operate — payment processing, authentication, and hosting. See Section 4 of our Privacy Policy for who they are and what each one handles.

The Service is provided “as is.” Quoted prices, cut-time estimates, and material calculations are estimates based on the inputs and rates you configure — we don't warrant their accuracy for your specific jobs, and you're responsible for verifying pricing before it goes to your customers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that stay unpaid past a failed billing attempt. On termination, you can export your data for 30 days before it's deleted.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We'll notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice before they take effect; continued use after that means you accept the update.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
