Privacy Policy

This policy applies to LaserQuote's web application and API. It doesn't cover third-party sites you might reach through links inside the Service.

• Account information: your email address and authentication credentials, handled by our identity provider.
• Business data you enter: your company profile, machine rates, material catalog and pricing, quotes, invoices, work orders, and uploaded CAD files (STEP, DXF).
• Your customers' data: names, companies, emails, phone numbers, and addresses you enter to generate quotes and invoices for the people you do business with. You control this data; we process it on your behalf.
• Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number — only a subscription status and billing history reference.
• Usage data: basic technical logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting.

To operate the Service: authenticate you, generate and store your quotes and documents, process billing, respond to support requests, and keep the platform secure. We don't use your business or customer data to train external models, and we don't sell it.

We share information only with the subprocessors that run the Service, each limited to what it needs to do its job:

We disclose information beyond this list only if legally required to, or with your explicit consent.

We keep your account and business data for as long as your account is active. After cancellation, data is retained for 30 days to allow export or reactivation, then deleted.

Data is encrypted in transit, access to your organization's data is scoped so other LaserQuote accounts can't see it, and authentication runs through Supabase's token-based system. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat this as a baseline, not a ceiling.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your account data at any time from the app, or by writing to tubelasersales@gmail.com. If you're located somewhere with additional statutory rights (e.g. the EU/UK or California), we'll honor requests made under those laws too.

LaserQuote is a business tool, not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

LaserQuote is operated from the United States. If you use it from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the U.S., which may have different data protection laws than your home country.

We'll post updates here and notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice before they take effect.
